Engagements are selective. I work with a small number of people at a time. Each relationship receives full presence, full depth, and absolute discretion.

Sessions take place wherever the person feels most themselves — a quiet café, a private office, a comfortable neutral space. Sometimes online, always in a setting chosen for safety and ease rather than formality.
There is no clock on the wall. No agenda to get through. No performance expected. Just a space to think — clearly, honestly, and without the pressure of being observed.
Trust takes the time it takes.
Sessions last as long as they need to — sometimes one hour, sometimes two. Because for someone who has rarely been given the space to think without interruption, the first hour is often spent arriving. The real conversation begins in the second.
There is no rush. The pace is always the person's own.
Engagements typically unfold over three months.
A typical engagement involves:
